Every guide is saying to run TTDS on Nicole if you don't have sig, but how does that work with VV on Prune?

If your rotation is Durin -> Prune -> Nicole -> Varka, then there's no way you'll get all Varka Es covered by VV. And if you use Nicole burst then you REALLY won't cover all of your Es. So should we be skipping Nicole burst to get more VV uptime on Varka?

I'm guessing calc folks are smart enough to have accounted for partial VV uptime, but it do wonder how "ideal" their assumptions are...
