should i run a FULL BODY 2X a week ?
i figured i can't do any other split than FB , bcs the gym is lowkey expensive and i do not have much money for it (broke teenager) and i can't run FB 3 times a week.

is it optimal enough ? doing 1-2 sets per excersise and 5-9 reps ranges . help me and also feel free to give any tips i guess 😭
