Broken p trap elbow
The bottom part of this elbow, where the blue rag is, has a chip in it. What is the best way to replace it? How do I get it off the wall it doesn’t look like it unscrews do I have to cut it off? If so do I cut it off where the black pipe meets the white pipe?
