Unknown Jeton or Rechenpfennig

I see the word ONIA or VINO. The H K might be Hans Krauwinckel. The lower part on the reverse seems to be fleur-de-lis. So I thought it might be a Rechenpfennig of Louis XIV or XVI, but I can't find it online.

Any ideas?
