PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOW PENDING PICKUP, WILL ADVISE IF THAT DOESN'T WORK OUT FOR ANY REASON.

Well, this is a great opportunity for someone! I am getting rid of my Star Trac ECT elliptical workout machine. This is not some cheapo device from Target, but rather, it is a high-end item from a professional gym--I bought it a few years ago at a bankruptcy auction from a gym that had gone out of business during the pandemic. This thing cost over $5000 new, and as you can see from the screenshot of the ad I posted, some resellers are still asking over $4000 for "refurbished" versions! It works perfectly, I just no longer have room for it in my smallish house and had to join a gym instead (which, incidentally, uses the same exact model of elliptical!).

I listed this for sale on Craigslist but I'm sick of dealing with scammers and flakes, and I need this outta here so I'm just giving it away to a deserving recipient. Please reply only if you plan to keep this for your or your family's use, rather than reselling it.

It does not need to be plugged into the wall or otherwise connected to electricity. The electronics inside are human-powered--once you start using it, your workout powers a little generator inside the thing that runs its electrical components.

This thing is super-durable, large, and heavy. As in, conservatively, I dunno, 300+ pounds? You will not be taking this home in your Prius, or even in your large SUV. You will need a decent-sized pickup (or a trailer) to bring this home. You will also need some helpers to load, as I'd like to avoid loading the thing myself--that's not the kind of workout I'm looking for right now!

I'm located in the Curtis Park area of Sacramento. I've dragged this outside to my driveway so it's pretty easy access--you can pull your truck right up to it. I have a pair of steel truck ramps you can use to help load it, if that helps. Please message me to let me know when you might be able to come get this--I'd like it out of here ASAP. Thanks!
