Since anaxa rerun will be the same time around as rin should I get anaxa lc or rin's?

I'm simultaneously farming for archer too so I'm thinking of putting genius set on both so rins lc will save me a little more time but anaxas lc is better?

I just returned like a week ago and am considering to claim free archer and pull rin.

I already have e0s0 sparkle and e0s0 huohuo. What more investments should i make? Should I get anyone's light cone ?(I have stellar sea for archer ) Should I get archer e1 as that improves his skill point economy? I need some detailed explanation and how to build the team
