Hi there,

My family and I have accepted a registered nurse job in the US and the employer offers EB-3 sponsorship after 90 days.

I saw there was new green card rules and we would have to return to county of birth to apply. Can someone please explain this to me in an easier explanation as I am seeing a lot of different information.

I have BSN, family in the US, 10 years experience, county of birth the Philippines.

After 90 days of work would I have to go to the Philippines to apply and stay there for a certain amount of time to return to US to work?
