Brand controlled insurance

I've heard that a lot of places have trouble with insurance companies being unwilling to pay out insurance claims and I was thinking of ways to stop this from happening. While I was thinking I got the idea of brand controlled insurance. Basically, the idea is that all car sellers should also sell insurance on their own cars so if you buy a car from Toyota you should also get insurance from Toyota. This way car sellers wouldn't want to use loopholes to avoid paying because it would make whoever filed that claim buy a car from someone else next time they buy a car as well as hurt their reputation. Is there anything that could and would stop this from becoming a thing and if not why is it not a thing?

Could chili be a good metaphor for intelligence and social skills

If you imagine a piece of food with chili. Chili represents your intelligence and the food your social skills/social life. Anyone who you try to interact socially with has to take a bite of your "food" with the Chili on it. While chili tastes great but if you get too much of it the food could become inedible. Similarly people who eat a lot of chili themselves (are more intelligent) have a higher tolerance for chili.

Thought?
