Hi i am an american diploma student who got a 100 and is interested in studying medicine, and i know ill have to do a mofadaleh exam for that, if you can tell me anything about the exam that could help me id really appreciate it

id like to know how hard it is/what subject out of math/physics/biology/chemistry is the hardest in the exam, any general tips, and how high i have to score in order to be able to secure a seat or how good my chances are in general since i have a 100, anything you could tell me would help SO much, thank you.
