I got a perfect score on a lesson and it only said I got 94%. There was 0 mistakes made at all

Did something change to make the 100% perfect score not be perfect scores? That will suck cause of the perfect score on lessons challenges for daily challenges or friend challenges

Also has anyone noticed that there are more words/phrases added that you haven’t learned in the language you’re learning only challenges? Like it’s completely in the language and you don’t know what it says cause it’s not something you were taught yet?
