Learning sound design based off tracks
I've been really interested in melodic frenchcore recently, specifically the artist: ANGUISH. And I want to be able to understand how the kicks tail / whole kick would be designed, since it's not your usual ear blasting frenchcore kicks that are supposed to make you deaf.
I've learned structuring, but this type of design is new to me, I produce hardstyle and industrial mostly. .
And I want to learn to lean into melodic, reverby emotional tracks. Not get bored of my own sound, and I think having thisskill would benefit me as a artist.
For reference -
The songs that stick out most to me:
Pomnish
Razorblade
Road to death
The days
Fallout
Thank you for reading, I wish the reader well days and delicious cheese 😼
