What's your experience? Verizon has been ok in the winter but the summer seems to suck unless right near a tower. Is any other providers better?

System is running at 100% 8h/day with 3400ppm of salt but free chlorine is near 0 all the time. Cyanuric acid levels are 60ppm were 14ppm. Plates are scale free and system isn't reporting any errors. Is this just end of life where it stops generating enough chlorine and I should install new cell\cord? Any experience/recommendations for 3rd party cells I am leaning toward OEM despite the higher costs.

update: Store test said 14ppm (I threw away my test strips). I've shocked the pool this morning to bring up FCI and just added 10lbs of acid (will let pump run over night). Per /u/Electronic-Plane4402 suggestion I tested FCI at the return and it's 5PPM (probably the shock) but I will keep an eye on it and retest there after everything has settled down
