Moody's India | Cyber Security Identity Platform Engineer | Salary & Culture Check (Gurgaon)

I am currently exploring a Cyber Security Identity Platform Engineer role with Moody's for their Gurgaon office.
Before taking the discussions forward, I want to get a realistic estimate of their compensation standards and engineering culture. If anyone currently works there or has recently interviewed/received an offer, could you help me with a few data points?
Compensation Structure: What is the typical CTC range (Base, Performance Bonus, and Stocks/RSUs if any) for someone with around 4 to 5 years of experience in IAM / Identity Platforms at Moody's? Is an expectation of around 20 LPA considered aligned with their standard bands for this level, or do they have room to go higher?
Tech Stack & Work: How is the Identity/Cybersecurity org structured? Is it mostly production support, or do you get to work on deep architecture, workflow automation, and custom API integrations?
The Culture: How is the engineering culture in the Gurgaon branch? Is it highly bureaucratic with long hour grinds, or do they offer decent work-life balance? What is their current hybrid/WFH mandate like?
Benefits: Do they offer solid benefits (good medical insurance coverage, wellness allowances, internet reimbursements, or certification sponsorships or Cab/Shuttle facilities or any other benefits apart from the mentioned above)?
Any insights on the interview expectations or recent compensation trends for this role at Moody's would be highly appreciated.
