Keto & Zepbound
Been doing both for a month and it’s going great! 2.5 dose. The money will only last for 4 months worth. Then I’m hoping all my keto work will be able to take over. Like no sugar, no snacking, no more food noise, etc. Has anyone else done the combo to get started and then stopped the zep and continued to do well?
