Context:
Unemployed for 6 months, have been submitting resume that indicated I am still with the company.

Problem:
I just realise they might request payslip / ref check.
Have lied to 3 different companies recruiters that I am still employed with current company

Question:
I have been put forward to meet the hiring managers for the 3 companies. Should I come clean or continue to hide the fact?

What are the chances of them checking or verifying on my employment status?
