I’m coming to study masters on a fully paid government scholarship. My sister came the same way and got married and became a citizen last year. I have no intention of staying but I feel like the fact my sister became a citizen dropped my chances a lot. Any advice?

Due to the ongoing conflict, U.S. consulates in Saudi Arabia are currently closed. I will be traveling to Canada to work on a project with the University of Toronto for three months under a work permit, from May 30 to August 15.

Given that my master’s program in the United States begins in September, would it be possible for me to apply for an F-1 visa while I am in Canada during this period?
