I want to be a better bike rider in the future and to not cause so much grief for cars, but part of my commute on bike involves a little bit of road travel on St.Anne's. Since my car has been in the shop, I have had to travel this way unfortunately. Not even really sure as to whether to use the sidewalks as that seems to not be allowed via the Transportation Act.
