I'm moving to Bangalore from Delhi for a new job and am looking for a room in a pre-occupied flat near Indiranagar.

Budget: ₹15,000–18,000 per month (including maintenance, if possible), Not willing to pay deposit tbh.

Preferences:

* Looking for a private room in a 2/3/4 BHK flat

* Open to moving into an already-settled flat with 2–3 flatmates

* Preferred locations within 3-4 km of Indiranagar to keep the commute manageable

* Clean, well-maintained, and bachelor-friendly setup

* Planning to move in around mid-June
