Hey guys,

I’ll be joining Morgan Stanley India soon and my shift timings will mostly be 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM US shift.

Wanted to know what the current night shift allowance is for this timing. I checked a few old posts and many people mentioned around ₹12k, but not sure if that’s still the same now.
