Learning from Textbooks
Hello there!
I’d appreciate some practical advice on studying from very long law textbooks, around 700–800 pages.
When a textbook is that big, I struggle with deciding what is worth learning deeply, what should only be skimmed, and how to avoid passive reading or rewriting too much. Detailed notes can take forever, but when I don’t write things down, I feel like the knowledge disappears quickly.
How do you approach books like this?
