Hello! This is a long stretch but after doing my own searching here and other places online, I figure I should just give up and ask the crowd about this.

I read this comic/manga back when I was maybe 6 or 8 years old at a friend's house. She showed it to me, and it was just a basic girl with short blue hair, and semi punk clothing. Think white dress shirt and plaid skirt? Maybe some other alternative wear.

I'm now 26, which means it will have been about 20yrs since I thought of this. Sometimes I remember it and it drives me crazy! I just need to know if I've fever dreamt this manga up or not.

I have no other details other than I know it was just a girl doing girl things. No magic that I can recall. Definitely slice of life!
