National Geographic Insignia and Decorations of the US Armed Forces (1944)

My son picked up a huge number of National Geographic magazines from the 1910's to 1970's and found this in the middle of it. He knew I would like it. Anyone ever seen this before? The exact same size as all the other NatGeo's with a "brown paper" like cover. VERY interesting stuff. Wish I could digitally scan it all for this group.

Basement advice

Any advice re where to even start? Don’t want to finish it off just store some stuff and maybe move the washer & dryer into it. Dehumidifier attached to the sewer? What else? Thanks for any tips or humor.
