Just double checking is this a carpet beetle and is nyguard plus and cleaning the best way to get rid of them? (Bedroom area and arizona residence).

I've seen of them recently around my bed and on my plushes and I want to know the best way to get rid of them if this IS indeed a carpet beetle. Not sure tho.
