Hi there!
I’m fairly new here and have been reading up on a lot of posts about the use of inositol for PCOS symptoms.
I’m curious if anyone has any experience or advice for someone just starting out on it! (Like me)
Also, I have a mirena IUD, and I hadn’t read much on if this affects my birth control.
