Since last saturday the servers in west europe have been suffering heavy lag spikes to where the whole game just freezes for several seconds, Sometimes is shows packet loss between 1 and 10% but most of the time its saying 0% packet loss but the crazt lag spikes keep happening. It allmost feels as if there servers are getting hit with small DDOS waves overloading the servers every minute.

Is this a worldwide problem or is it centered around EU servers ?

Also I only pllay Warzone but is this happening to the BO7 MP aswell ?

So far I haven't seen any official statement from COD regarding this but for my squad its been going on for 5 days now.

Edit; so far it looks like a lot of EU players are effected,are there players from any other continents effected ?

With CODNext 2 week away my squad had a chat about what we would like with the MW4 intigration.

1st a new big map actually in the first season instead of season 3. Please start with a bang instead of drip feeding content. Keep Verdansk in the rotation and remove Avalon. Atleast from our personal experience Avalon seems less popular then Verdansk. We don't really have a opinion on small maps as we allmost never play those.

2nd. Story elements and easter eags on the map. Last two news maps with Urzikstan and Avalon where seriously lacking.

3rd. The showcased weather system for DMZ would be cool on the big map. Alltho we understand that might become obnoxious aswell.

4th. For the love of god give us all 4 squad sizes back and stop removing them!! Keep normal trios in the game aswell when Ranked drops!

5th. Remove ridiculous perks like survivor and perks that give you free intel like surveyor and hunter. Go back to the more basic perks of MW19 and have counter play in your perks.. like why is Cooldblooded removed when a perk like hunter and optics like thermals are in the game?

6th. If they would like to bring back another map later on in a season we would like to see Al Mazrah back with actual good Mechanics.

7th. Bring the sniping and AR/LMG balance more in line with MW19. In the current meta sniping is a bit to dominant to us.

8th. Revert some of pricing of streaks like the UAV.

9th. This one not all of us where set on but either replace casuals with plunder again or have them swap weekly or every mid season? We understand both modes have a big following but there must be some middle ground here to not pollute the amount of options in the playlist?

What else are you hoping for and what are your thoughts on our points?

I only play Warzone and so far these Season 4 weapons for me personally are just not it. Coming of season 3 with the amazing MK.35 and Strider 300 these S4 new guns are just not it for me, And they don't have to be hard meta but so far none are even feeling close to being meta.

I had some high hopes for the VX Compact since I used to love high fire rate AR's in the past but this gun feels like a pea shooter, Having to dump a complete magazine into someone and they can still get into cover is so infuriating at some points, As with most high fire rate guns you just get caught out with your pants down trying to reload to many times aswell. The prestige Mag is nice but with 35 bullets still to small to where you die because of reloading in the gun fight.

The CBRS-3 SMG is decent but the recambering feature of the magazine has gotten me killed to many times to keep using it after leveling it. there are just way more viable SMG's out there to justify the use of this gun.

I understand that its hard to balance Marksman rifles as they probably don't want another DMR situation but for me personally the DM-10, Tempus torrent and the DM56 where some fun to use marksman rifles, Never meta but atleast usable, From what I understand the new KRS-7.62 seems to have its place in multiplayer but in Warzone it is absolute garbage, the damage and fire rate is to low. I swithed to the M34 nova line for the longshots in the current event and the difference is night and day.

What is your opinion about these new guns and are you enjoying using them ? Also pro-tip if you want to level them fast go into the Clash LTM, its short and witth the current double XP with good rounds I get 6 levels for a gun per round.

Since season 4 in normal BR on rare occasions when I see a player die it pops a flare from there boddy and it gives the buyback sound as if they are instantly redeployed. Is there some new item or perk that I have missed that does this?

This is in normal and casual BR.

As allways one of these new guns must have the same bug as with every other new season guns. This time around its the VAS Convergence Foregrip being locked on the new KRS-7.62 Marksman rifle while I have it unlocked on all other guns, It shows it must be unlocked through the Armory but its not in there.

Alltho the weapon is absolute garbage it would be nice if this is fixed at some point.

We play in the Western part of europe part and this sunday afternoon the servers have been absolutely horrible, big lag spikes through out a lot of matches and two rounds ended in complete disconnects with the server completely lagging out.
Is this some server host in europe shitting the bed today ?

anyone else having the same experience today and from what part of the world are experiencing this ?
