My MacBook Pro 16-inch (2019 Intel) is getting stuck during login. Whenever I try to log in, it either shuts down automatically or gets stuck on a black screen. Additionally, the device is not charging. Due to these issues, I am unable to access or use the MacBook properly. What can i do to fix this without resetting the mac
