I been to all home matches except 2 in last 12 months.
Im a big fan. i live in midtown Manhattan and fly for the day to most home matches (some away matches).
Between getting to airport, fuel, crew, parking at ft lauderdale executive airport (now opa loka) and expensive season tickets, i consider myself a fan that is greatly committed to Inter Miami. What i want in return, make my trip worthwhile by playing well (not necessarily winning), and give me a few moments of glory. As a plus, come say hello to the fans when appropriate.
However, as a fan you are simply not entitled to anything more than access to stadium as long as you have a valid ticket. If you dont like it, take a a hour brightline and become an Orlando fan.
The has been a massive financial investment to move stadiums. Not just money, but the number of hurdles involved in converting a golf course to a massive stadium (standing tall in the middle of the rwy 26l and 27 thresholds), naming a section of the stands after Lionel Messi…. You get the point?
After all this hype and getting eliminated out of the concacaf, you would assume winning at the new home is important to everyone involved.
TIE, TIE, win 3-0 (but actually TIE), is very frustrating borderline a curse in the new home. If the players that the club pays a fortune to want to win, are upset and storm out after the match, we should all understand and support more than ever.
Singing a chant to the tune of a chant that in Argentina is reserved for when your team faces relegation, makes “la famila” a bunch of entitled pieces of sheet.
Sorry, had to get it out of my chest. Im dissapointed in the “wokeness” of la familia.
