Hi everyone

So I‘ve been working for this company for nearly 8 years now in Melbourne, then two months ago they decided to relocate the business to Brisbane, they given me a redeployment offer in Brisbane but now I don’t think I’m going take their offer. Will this count a genuine redundancy if I’m not going to take their offer?
