I finally found a stylist in my area that’s doing a GREAT job. She always charges me for a partial highlight but usually does a full for me anyway, plus goes above and beyond in other ways like curling or adding gloss or root smudge when I need it (without any extra fees). The store payment system automatically prompts the typical 15,20,25% options for tip- is this enough? What are y’all tipping your stylists?
