I can't stand my face

I got diagnosed with pcos a few months ago, but after the diagnosis, the doctor didn't help me with medication or anything. I have acne so what is the best way to hair remove (a method that is viable for everyday by the looks of my hair growth). Currently I use nair hair removal cream for the face and I use this on my side burn area and a bit of my jaw and then also on my upper lip and chin. Then anything that didn't come off with the cream gets threaded (but this is extremely painful). Then throughout the week I thread it to keep it under control. I can't live like this - it really ruins my self-esteem.

I am a teenager with PCOS. I want to remove the hair. I have bad hormonal acne as well though, so what is the best method?

Base Makeup Tips needed.

I have acne prone skin, so my base looks too textured and cakey when matte but when setting sprayed and stuff it looks too oily and gets really oily throughout the day. What do I do to combat this? My makeup routine consists of concealer, pressed powder, eyeliner, mascara, blush. Sometimes setting spray (C Tilb's Airbrush Flawless)
