How to deliver that last 10% to launch.

Looking for advice really, but something more specific then how do I find users. Not pushing links. I just need help getting this out the door.

I have built a SaaS. I need to start thinking about users. I am waiting my prod access to payment processor, roll my passwords and keys and I'll be ready to go.

I have built a lightweight, modern web native Changelog/Roadmap and Feedback widget. There is a dashboard to create the posts, ability to style it, ability to add segmentation to show certain posts for certain users.

I did a full QA test over it yesterday. I will do another tomorrow post a few changes and I feel like I'm starting to move on mentally. Waiting for payment processing and finding test users is so scary the closer I get. What if there is no market, what if users break it, or if I post on HN or Product Hunt will malicious actors rip it apart. I'm doing security audits before even launching and worrying about scaling costs and I feel like I'm stopping myself now.

Those who launched and got customers, how did you combat this?

If anyone is looking for a Changelog widget and wants to be one of my early users because it's cheaper than the competitors such as Beamer etc then let me know.

Building a localFirst data studio.

Hi everyone, been looking for somewhere to post this, I have built something that I wish existed when I used to build crystal reports and early BI days and realised I'm. Bit out of touch. Supports CSV and Parquet, it has a built in csv/JSON to parquet convertor.

I wondered if anyone wanted to give it a go. It's no sign up required, no backend or servers. Just hosted on Cloudflare Pages.

It's a Data studio and conversion to tool. It uses duckDB WASM, OPFS private file system access, sharable dashboards and AI integration with Ollama (it needs to be running locally with origins set to *. I've had it running with Gemma4:e2b). Obviously it's really designed for desktop.

Any early feedback will be awesome! I do t usually build in public, but I thought I'd try it.
