I am due to fly to Pakistan on 28th October but have now realised my ID cards expired.
I have last night (10/10/2026) applied for a Pakistani family visit visa.
Has anyone applied for one recently? Any idea how long they will take?
Any other options?

I booked 2 hotels for Madinah with free cancellations…
Long story short, I have the hotel deyaar al eimaan with free cancellation available if anyone wants it from me
It includes:
2 x quadruple room
1 x triple room
Dates 18-25 October
Cost me £1,350, so wouldn’t charge anyone over what I paid
Just a waste if i cancel it, the same room now cost £2,600
