Boat Slip rental
I have 4 condos on a very busy lake and an opportunity to obtain a boat slip. Does anyone charge extra for a boat slip? How much do you charge? Since I have 4 units and only 1 slip I was hoping to rent the boat slip separately so that it wasn't attached to just one condo.
