My first Parkrun outside of East Anglia and it was a pretty hard course with 2 hills. Pretty happy with the run tho. 37 minutes 45 Seconds, which I’m pretty pleased about.

Well the parkrun yesterday didnt go well to the plan. Was on a PB pace of around 5:35 per km at the Colney Lane until i was about to hit the first KM, I twisted my foot and fell, making it impossible to run any further. Luckily im walking on it fine and i should be cully recovered in a couple days time. In the meantime do feel free to see how i fell 😂
Was feeling quite confident about this one before hand, during the run though, not so much. Got a sub 6 minute km for the first one but then a 500m incline ruined the momentum. Still finished in a respectable 37 Minutes 31 Seconds
A beautiful day for running today. Thornham was a lovely scenic route mostly in woodland area. Luckily it was mostly flat with a few dips and some small hills but no problems whatsoever. Ended with a really good PB of 33 Minutes 46 Seconds, beating my old PB by 1 Minute 58 seconds!!!
