Fight with broken nose

So I was scheduled to have my debut kickboxing fight in two weeks. Two days ago during sparring I caught a knee to the face and broke my nose. The doctor said I should go no contact for two weeks but he did say I could run or drill if it involves no contact. I’m not sure if I should pull out or see it through since I worked really hard and made a bunch of sacrifices to get to this point.

For context, my nasal bone is broken right on the bridge and it’s swollen and maybe a slight crook but I can’t tell yet.

Staying motivated

I was supposed to have my first mma fight in two weeks. Last night, during sparring, I caught an accidental knee to the face and broke my nose. I went to the doctor and they said avoid contact for two weeks. I can still do cardio, strength training, and drills that are non contact. I think in two weeks I’ll be fine and could still fight but since it’s my debut could it be risky? I don’t know I’m looking for advice on what to do in my situation.

I have my first kickboxing fight next month. My opponent was supposed to be a debut fighter too but after doing some research I found out he had a mma fight 8 years ago and a kickboxing fight 4 years ago. Both fights are on YouTube and I did the obvious and watched them. In both fights you could tell he was green and looked like a debut fighter. He lost the mma fight but won the kickboxing fight.

Once again these fights were several years ago so I’m assuming he’s been training ever since and has made significant improvements since then. He has experience and has clearly been doing it longer than me (my 3 years vs who knows how long). I think and believe I can beat him but part of me feels like this isn’t fair since he’s fought before. Should I just see it through or bring up my concern to my coach.
