DNP/RN with 15 years of experience in nursing — hosting an AMA this Tuesday on r/AMA about the nursing field and education!
Hi all! I'm posting this here because I think it's relevant to many conversations I see in this community. I'm a DNP and RN with over 15 years of experience across acute care, labor & delivery, and nursing education. I'm hosting an AMA over in r/AMA this Tuesday from 12–2 p.m. CST if anyone wants to talk honestly about the gap between nursing school and the actual job, simulation versus clinical hours, NCLEX prep, or what educators look for in new grads right now.
