Is this Legit what i can afford?
I'm 30 and looking to buy my first home i saw this cmhc calculator on this sub and gave it a try. Its a bit of a gut shot because I thought I was doing well for my self, and additionally, the average condo in my town is going for 400-500k and a single family home is 700k-1m. (BC) any thoughts?
