Help! Starter not rising as much

I’ve had this starter for a few years now and typically it would rise to the top of the jar. Whenever I take it out of the fridge to make bread I do 1:1:1 ratio, 100g starter, 100g bread flour, 100g water. Whenever I place it bake in the fridge I change the ratios to 1:2:2, 50g starter 100g bread flour and 100g water.

I took it out on Saturday did 1:1:1 and it barely rose (I assumed it was stilling waking up). Tried again Sunday and placed it in my bread proofing box at 80 degrees for 12 hours and still nothing. Today’s a warm day so I tried again and it rose more than the other 2 times but not to the top and it’s already been 12 hours

I’m very confused about what is happening and I don’t know how to fix it.
