I was young...
I posted earlier about finding a box of my wife's concert tee's. However shortly afterwards, in a box underneath, we also discovered a collection of my own shirts. Almost all are from the fencing tournaments I competed in, or motorcycle related shirts from when I was racing, so of no real interest to anyone but me I'm sure. However I did pull out this little gem, which I apparently tucked away back when I had a rather embarrassing fixation on her. Don't judge, lol

My wife's time capsule
Getting ready for a move we found an old storage container in a closet with a bunch of my wife's concert merch from when she was a teen. Some are pairs - hers, and her then boyfriend's - and none were ever worn, just put up as keepsakes. I thought I'd share some here, starting with this Queen shirt that I love. D700 Shutter Life Expectancy?
Hi. I currently shoot with a D500 and D5500, but have been curious for a while to try a full frame for portrait work. I just saw a D700 on FB Marketplace for $200 US, complete with Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 lens, battery, and charger (no card reader).
However the shutter count is 126-thousand. Checking Nikon's website they list 150K as expected life for that shutter. But it's been my experience they tend to lowball things. So I'm wondering if anyone here has direct experience with their shutters either failing at around 150-thousand, or if their shutter count is way higher with no issues. I don't want to buy a camera with a shutter that needs to be replaced after only a few months, as you can probably understand.
