First tomatos from seed!

These are my first tomatoes I've grown from seed, my first year growing any kind of plant, and I'm honestly really proud of myself. I'm in zone 6b. They're purple Cherokee and big rainbow tomatoes :) The significantly smaller one in the first picture was a tiny seedling I transplanted because it popped up a couple weeks after the first two, and I decided to give it a chance and see what happens. It didn't even have true leaves when I transferred it at first, or any root offshoots, but I wasn't going to be upset if it didn't live, but it's doing amazing!

I'm gonna put them in the ground soon, but for now they seem happy in these peat pots. I water them any time the pot looks dry to avoid them drying out, and will end up tearing the peat pot off when I plant them as I've heard they don't break down, and suck water from the soil, but I haven't noticed too many issues with how they're growing so far besides a small amount of sunburn when I transferred them permanently outside after I guess not hardening well enough

Hi all! For context, I'm starting a garden from scratch in zone 6b. This is year one and I'm trying to stick to more exotic plants or less grown plants. My brand is called Down the Hole Exotics, so wonderland themed fruits, veggies, and herbs are exceptionally sought after. So far I've found or heard of mad hatter peppers, queen of hearts lettuce, and Alice's dream tomatoes. Are there any other wonderland themed plants that I'm unaware of? I also have purple basil, and I'm not sure how uncommon these are, but yellow pear tomatoes. Thanks in advance for any help given! :)
