What's the best way to use LinkedIn for B2B leads without sounding salesy?

I'm trying to get B2B leads through LinkedIn, but I'm stuck.
I run a small corporate travel business, and the people I need to reach are founders, office managers, HR teams, and finance folks. Every message I write sounds like a pitch I would ignore myself.

Posting feels too slow, cold messages feel annoying, and commenting feels like I am hoping if someone notices.

Not sure what the right approach is anymore. What would you do to get B2B leads without sounding desperate or salesy?

What do you wish you knew before choosing a business email provider for a custom domain?

On paper, every provider seems to offer the same thing. I'm more interested in the stuff you only find out after using it for a few months.
If you've already made the switch, what do you wish you'd known beforehand?

Best email host for a domain email address?

I run a small corporate travel management company where we handle bookings and itineraries for a handful of business clients and I am finally setting up proper email for the team. I want to buy a domain and create professional email addresses asap.

I know this gets asked a lot, sorry in advance but the number of options is very overwhelming and I do not want to pick the wrong one. What I do care about is that it stays easy to manage as we grow since I will be adding travel consultants over the next few months.

Traffic on our site will be low at first, so I do not want to overpay for an email host tbh.

What would you suggest for an email host that’d be cheap and easy as we scale?

What's the best email hosting for a custom domain right now?

I know there are already a lot of posts about this, but I am overwhelmed by the options out there and by the week's end I am trying to buy a domain and create professional email addresses for the team. I do not need anything too advanced for now but I really want the setup to be easy to manage as we grow.

The part I am dicy about is whether I should buy domain and email hosting from the same place or keep them separate. Initially, the website traffic will be low but I do not want to choose something cheap that becomes painful later when I need to add more team members or improve the site.

I am trying to avoid saving a little money at this point and regretting the whole setup six months later. What options do you recommend?
