It got hotter outside and when I get into my 2025 x5 and set the temp to low the rear vents go crazy but the front row gets weak flow. I’ve gone around the settings but nothing really changes the situation. Either auto or manual doesn’t really change anything. Is it a problem with the vents or the bmw’s view of not blasting the driver with wind?

Yes I know how to close and open the vents.
