I am an aspiring male body builder around 10% bodyfat with prominent upper 4 abs and mild loose skin that blocks my lower abs and distorts my physqiue. Was wondering if there are any males that have undergone this surgery and have been able to further improve their physique through the surgery (6 pack, v taper, etc).

Males are not as common and most are not physique building. Wondering if there's anything out there before considering the procedure for myself.
