When he pressed the 3 buttons for the test it read “99” and then he did it again and it read “5590”

I’m new to watch collecting and my father in law gave me this “14k gold filled bezel” Omega Constellation “TV” from the 1970’s (he thinks). I hadn’t been worn in over 25 years and it’s in dire need of a service. The movement still works but I currently have the pin out to stop it from moving.
Where should I take this in the metro NY area? Also if anyone knows anything cool about this I’d love to know. Thanks everyone!
