Looks like I found my life misery (mold) underfloor of the house I grew up in

Long story short I’ve been struggling with mold and not being able to find mold-free place to move in nyc US

So I’ve left US last May to my home country and parents house to Central Asia

I still have been feeling horrible especially when I sleep inside while also sleeping outside.

I wanted check under the floors and I found mold-like black spots in wood logs. i was wondering if there was moisture but it was all concrete under the floors.

Lo be hold, when I told my dad he said those are probably still present when he brought/bought those logs from Russia back in 90s when he built the house and he didn’t even know this could be mold

Could this actually moldy logs and still could’ve been toxic when i was living even after 10-20-30 years later?

If so what would be best way to remediate it? I’ve sprayed vinegar + dishwasher soap + water for now

For context throughout my childhood and especially teenage years, I’ve struggled with sinus congestion, poor sleep and when I got sick occasionally, it always been serious and hard to recover
