After we got that Sprout video where he talks with Astro, I've thought'd a bit more about the symbolism of these Trinkets. I will mostly just be talking about these trinkets and what they might represent. The more I think about these, the more interesting it gets.

The first thing I wanna mention is that these Trinkets, at least if you think about how friendship bracelets are usually done, they're kinda strange. Now admittedly I do now know a lot about how people usually do friendship bracelets, I never really made those, so take this part with a grain of salt. Don't you usually make bracelets based off the person you want matching bracelets with? Why would one wear a bracelet based off themselves? I thought'd it might be because Trinkets often shared colour palettes / have an colour palette based off with the Toon they're from, but this isn't always the case, like with Gigi and her Lucky Coin.

Why is it that the bracelets are based off the Toon they're from? Here's my guess: what if the bracelets are metaphores for the Toon themselves? So the Savory Charm is representing Sprout, and the Sweet Charm Cosmo. I will build onto this later

Another thing I wanna mention is how Sprout talks about Cosmo in the security footage with Astro:

"I don't want to keep feeling like a part of me isn't actually here, and all these episodes make it so clear that being his friend, having him around is part of what makes me."

So its clear that Sprout sees his relation with Cosmo as a part of who he is. He doesn't feel complete without him. And although we don't know if the same holds true for Cosmo, I think its likely, especially since he's the side character of the 2. He's meant to be essentially Sprouts sidekick. There are lots of ways to make a friendship bracelet, but of course, the Sweet and Savory Charm just so happen to have a something attached to it where you need both for the complete picture. Sprout needs to have Cosmo around to feel complete (and Cosmo likely needs Sprout to feel complete too), and you need both the charms to make a whole.

One thing I do wanna talk about is why the image formed is a flower, specifically one that looks like Dandy, and, honestly, I don't have a clue outside of some guesses that are stetches. I think the most likely reason why its a flower, even though a heart is more common for a friendship bracelet, is to remove explicit romantic implication, even if romance wasn't the intention, especially since there are romantic censors on Roblox. There might be a bit more to this, I'm willing to hear your theories.

Another thing I wanna mention is something related to teir Twisted counterparts. This was pointed out to me by a post made by a Tumblr user known as 'veryshyblahajguy' (all credits to him for this). Its no secret that Sprout and Cosmo have mirroring Ichor spots., but whats relevant to this is where the Ichor isn't. Look at Twisted Cosmo from the front. The ichor is on the left side of his face and on his left hand (from our view, it is Cosmo's right hand if we were to look through his eyes). So theres no ichor on his right. And the Sweet Charm just so happens to have the right side of the flower. The reverse is true for Sprout, although I do wanna point out that the side of the Ichor was the same on his unused Twisted Sprout concept. Feel free to draw your own conclusions.

So yeah, those are my thoughts on the Trinkets (for the most part, I haven't touched uppon them mechanicwise, but outside of both being Trinkets in the "other" catagory, I don't think theres much to cover there). I hope you enjoyed reading this little analysis and I hope you have a nice rest of your day!

First of all, I am very surprised that Cosmo and Sprout didn't get 2 more dialouges, kinda like Brusha and Tisha, but whatever. Maybe when its Cosmo's week to shine. I still think theres enough to talk about with these 5 dialouges. Second, I will not be providing more screenshots other than the new interactions because I dont know how to make it look good, but I will be providing sources when needed

The dialouge with Brusha is probably the most interesting of the bunch. It looks like it is an average Sprout interaction; he asks if the other Toon is alright. However, Brusha mentiones her suspision that Sprout doesn't actually care about her well being, with Sprout claiming he does genuinely care, but then Brusha says that he only does because she show told him what to do. I think it makes sense that it is Brusha who says this, since she is the Toon who is very unlike her Toon counterpart. She became more irritable, and her friendship with Tisha ended. Honestly, to some extend, Brusha and Tisha's relation is more similar to Sprout and Cosmo's relation than you might expect, but thats a different can of worms. Sprouts next line is just 3 dots, albeit in an intimidating manner, kinda like Shrimpo's interaction, with Brusha becoming somewhat nervous. Its kinda interesting that Sprout intimidated Shrimpo and Brusha, the 2 Toons who speak their minds the most, are both so intimidated by Sprout.

This interaction is probably the one I feel the most unsure about regarding my thoughts. I feel like the ". . ." is probably Sprout feeling personally attacked. That or hes giving Brusha the death stare. A good chunk of who Sprout is is looking out for others. In the video on Sprouts floor, its shows that Sprout feels kinda exisential over his show counterpart. He shouts at Astro for even just mentioning an episode moment, feeling like part of him is missing due to only having memories on screen, but not in real life and questioning if everything they experience on the show is actually real, or just in their minds. I feel like Brusha's interaction with Sprout just kinda brought that exisentialism back. I do think Sprout cares about the well being of other Toons, even if comes out of obligation rather than genuinely out of love, presumably with Cosmo being an exception, at least to some extend. Again however, this is the interaction I'm the least sure about, I'll hear you out on your theories in the comments!

I'm gonna group the Gigi and Flutter dialouges together, because it doesn't really have much to them. Gigi is stealing like usual, with Sprout mentioning that he wants to know why. I don't know why he wants to know why Gigi wants those aprons so badly, possibly out of curiousity, but feel free to mention some theories you have in the comments. And Gigi has a corner where some stolen aprons are. She doesn't mention where however, so Sprout asks Flutter where the aprons are, likely to just get them back. Considering Flutter said "!!!", its likely that she either doesn't know, or is not willing to share it, so Sprout will ask someone else about it, but he does seem pretty chill about it. Sprouts interactions with Flutter and Gigi remind me of Sprout and Cosmo's interactions with Rodger to some extend. One asks one of the duo a question, and get get no useful response, so the person asks the other of the duo about the other one, but again, not getting a useful. This might be a coinidence however, its not really so specific that it really parallels eachother, just wanted to mention it, plus I don't think it says something meaningful about Sprout

The interaction with Looey seems like its kind of a metaphor not gonna lie. You can take it at face value and just see it as Sprout mentioning some flavours, with Looey adding onto it (with the dialouge implying that Looey's favorite flavour of cupcake is strawberry), but I think theres something more to it. The very first flavour that Sprout mentions is milk chocolate. And there just so happens to be a Swiss roll who's presumably milk chocolate flavour. Then he mentiones vanilla, pretty much the default taste. Then another type of chocolate, being dark chocolate this time. Then lemon, which isn't as common of a flavour in my experience. Then another type of chocolate, and then he mentiones red velvet, before Looey cuts him off by him mentioning Strawberry. Strawberry flavour is one of the most common flavours for sweet foods, long with vanilla and chocolate, but Sprout doesn't mention it at all until Looey points it out. He mentions 3 types of chocolate before even thinking about mentioning strawberry flavour. Why does this matter? Well, Sprout himself is a strawberry. Does this dialouge imply that Sprout thinks about other Toons, especially Cosmo, over himself, kinda like how he neglected to mention strawberry, but mentioning 3 flavours of chocolate before it? Some food for thought.

The Shrimpo one is admittedly a somewhat standard Shrimpo interaction, with Sprout not really taking him seriously. I think the most interesting thing is that when Sprout mentions that Shrimpo hates everything and disagrees with everyone and Shrimpo hating that he was judged and Sprout mentioning that its not really judgement and moreso the truth, Shrimpo lashed out at him, even more than he usually does. Did Sprout strike a nerve with Shrimpo? Maybe. I don't think this is a particularly interesting dialouge though, although again, if you have theories, mention them in the comments, I'd love to read them

Thanks for reading this little analysis of the new dialouges, I'll probably make a couple more Sprout posts in the future (I kinda wanna make one fully about the lore video in Sprouts floor, and one about Sprout and Cosmo's relationship, but only time will tell if I'll actually end up making those). I hope you have a nice rest of your day!
