After running some errands this morning came back to no AC around 12pm. Attempted calling and texting my landlord 4 times and left voices. No responses. Temperature has already risen to 85. What are my next steps if any?

Looking for suggestions for the best places to get local summer veggies. Tomatoes, peas, zucchini, etc. I’ve been to the WLR a couple of times when the first opened this season and wasn’t impressed. But it may have been too early. TIA
