14 years of running Ahpra as a business! "Protecting the public" by creating legislation to block any transparency, investigating slowly and not understanding procedures behind the practitioners door...
You can browse the Ahpra litigation pages to find plenty of cases against malpractice medical workers (recently 100 in 10 years, congrats Ahpra) yet you'll struggle to find a victim winning against Ahpra. Why is that? As Ahpra cases against medical professionals takes months - years even, the patient or their families are hamstrung and more likely than not, the family member is buried well after Ahpra cases ate dropped and the sincerest apologies are offered.
