Hey guys, we're two recent grads looking for a third to join a lease in East Village starting on July 1st. We're looking for someone who wants to explore the city and be more than just roommates, as we would love to be friends all together and have a respectable, clean, organized spot. The place is a spacious 3 bd/3a duplexed-down coach house. Generously sized bedrooms with substantial closet space, plus an in-unit washer/dryer and forced air. Located 2 buildings north of Kasama (a Michelin-starred restaurant), 2 blocks south of the Division Street restaurant corridor (Wicker Park), and 2 blocks north of the Chicago Ave restaurant corridor (West Town). Walking distance to the El, Damen/Division/Chicago Ave buses, Marianos, and Target. Rent is 3650, or 1216 per person. Rent includes water and trash. Basic requirements for this property are 3x the rent, and a credit score that's in the good range, or fair range if accompanied by a cosign.

Recently graduated from Florida International University and will be moving to Chicago to work in the loop for finance. A bit of a "metrosexual" and geek as I love shopping, dining, big into sports, music, movies, video games, hiking/running, love the beach, and always down to go to a concert/dj set or any bar/function/event. Recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and will be moving to Chicago to work in the loop for Technology. A big Sports fan originally from Washington State, and loves the Seattle Seahawks.
