About a month ago, while scrolling through Pinterest, I came across a picture that inspired me to create something similar to Michelangelo’s “The Creation of Adam,” and so, together with my friend u/ghost3633, we made this artwork.

After making my second piece featuring TWM, I started wondering what exactly the Machine is doing now. Technically speaking, the Author tamed the TWM, and all that remains of him is a memory recorded in diaries that the World Machine can’t read (or can it?). On top of that, after Solstice, all that remained of him were the writings in George’s library, which, essentially, are probably just a copied library from his world.

And if you think about it even further... Just how much desperation and awareness of inevitable death must have been poured into the World Machine. Cedric said that at the BEGINNING of the experiments, the Author used his own brain, but it seems pretty obvious that he didn’t conduct those experiments alone. It was said that “there were those who did not stop fighting, one of them was my father,” which makes me think that there were others inside the World Machine as well, meaning the amount of despair being poured into the Entity was multiplied over and over again.

By the way, Rue could very well be one of those “others.” We know very little about her origins, except that she was a real person unlike the others. Most likely just some girl who helped the Author with the experiments. Maybe even his WIFE))))))

I mean, what’s stopping one of the World Machine’s testers from choosing a different avatar? I would’ve done the same.

For the past week, I had an assignment from a friend to draw Watcher in the rain. Considering that the only thing I could think about a week ago was "how the hell am I gonna get home from school" because I didn't have an umbrella (it was rainy here), I thought, "Hmm, it would be cool to draw Watcher with an umbrella in perspective, just so I could absolutely lose my shit over how difficult it is."

And I did it... I hope it looks good, and that the perspective doesn't look weird. Oh, and I forgot the bow T°T

By the way, I might turn this piece into pixel art, but only after I finish the bigger artwork with my friend.

I already have a sketch for another piece, by the way, but... I don't really like it that much. Maybe I'll fix it as I go while drawing.

I decided to make a texture pack where Niko doesn't have their hat, with an option where they'll have cat ears, or just their hair (at least, that's what I'm thinking about so far).

I don't really have anyone to show the sprite to for feedback, so I'm posting it here instead. What do you think? Should I change anything? Should I add something? Maybe make some other minor changes to the textures?

It's a little difficult to work in such a minimalist style. I usually use waaay more colors, but I want to keep the minimalist look.

There's absolutely nothing to do at college — I've written all my notes, so I sat down to draw.

I had no ideas at all, so I asked my chat for some. They asked me to draw Niko looking at the sun at sunset... in black and white......... Meeeeh....

Niko was really worried about my hands, so today, all evening, my hands were carefully being taken care of, decorated with all sorts of drawings, while we played around with band-aids and my hands.

He looks so pleased))) I won't tell him just yet that I don't need that many band-aids (I don't have that many cuts T-T)

After a week and one sliced finger, I finally finished working on this super weird art piece.

At some point, while scrolling through my feed, I came across a video by user syntax_malfunction on TikTok. Somehow, in that video, Kris from Deltarune, Lacey from Paper Lily, and Niko from OneShot were fighting a titan. It was so absurd that I absolutely had to draw it, no matter the cost.

This also pushed me to play Paper Lily — a free first chapter of a game with REALLY beautiful graphics and an immersive atmosphere. It's mostly a puzzle-solving game, and that's what I loved about it. I recommend it to everyone (except hardcore action fans).

Next on my list is finishing Deltarune and playing through Hello Charlotte — I'm still on the first episode. There might be some Deltarune, Charlotte, and OneShot stuff coming soon.

Honestly... I didn't plan on doing anything today, but... to post the video on TikTok, I needed a track from Onetale (since the comic is based on it, after all). I really liked one track from there, but I couldn't find it anywhere except publicly available on Game Jolt. I downloaded it and started thinking about how to put it on TikTok. I couldn't come up with anything better than spending several hours messing around with visualization, light editing, timing, and searching for sprites inside the game.

And now I think I won't regret posting this on Reddit, or maybe even YouTube, because this is one of my favorite tracks that I want in my YouTube Music playlist.

A while ago I started playing OneShot mods and really got into them. I saw good mods, great mods, decent ones — but one stood out: OneTale (though I actually preferred UnderShot). I was a huge Undertale fan for a long time, and experiencing it from Niko's perspective was a real treat... But I did everything there was to do — which meant genocide... Twice (why didn't Flowey just tear me limb from limb T-T). That playthrough inspired me a ton, so I made a little sketch.

I'd post this comic in the OneTale community... But there's only a few people there... And all of them are the creators.

Although... I could post it there so they'd notice me and take me on as a spriter? :3

I'd like to practice sprite work somewhere, since I have my own ideas for the future, and for that it'd be good to have some experience.

As for the plot of this sketch... There isn't really a set plot? Okay, it takes place during the genocide ending, when Niko talks to the player for the last time. In that moment, Niko ends up in the wheat fields of their village — even though they've said they can't go home, and never will, knowing the player is in control. They see their mom but are too scared to even approach her, because the player could just make them kill her if they felt like it. But maybe this was the player's final gift — letting them come home. Or maybe it's just a deathbed hallucination.

I wanted to do a lot more — originally, Niko from OneTale was supposed to meet Niko from UnderShot, both at the end of their genocide routes. I just really liked the contrast between how those mods handle genocide (and not just that). Because while one Niko had no contact with their player and had time to realize what they were doing, the UnderShot Niko was in constant contact with a player who kept gaslighting them (that's my interpretation — the main reason I liked UnderShot more was that Niko at least got to talk to the player there).

And what's funniest (yeah, real funny, haha) — that person who's been copying videos recently just straight-up reposted my latest animation, made by me and my friend, without even cropping out my watermark, but completely ignoring my existence.

Btw, how do you like the font?

The other day I made a simple Niko animation and wanted to post it, but I didn't know how to present it — because just posting it dry without any effects is too boring for me. I asked my friend (their TikTok is korzhicmaps_tiktok) to help me with the animation, then I added some sound effects and voilà!! Turned out pretty cute, I think :3

I didn't really want to make anything complicated, and originally it was supposed to be Alula, along with other silly OneShot characters, but I... can't just draw other characters on the fly like that... Although one of my OCs looks a lot like Cedric, so that got me thinking... I'd like to make a few sketches of the Author's son in the future.

Btw... For once I actually thought to add watermarks, and I really like them, but in this animation I couldn't think of a better place for them... Than in the inconspicuous beginning :D

Recently, since I’ll have to go back to school again soon, I dug out my sketchbook that I’d been actively (not really) filling whenever I finished taking notes and had nothing else to do.

There isn’t actually that much OneShot stuff in here, but hey, why not post it anyway? And yeah, there are also some of my original characters that nobody gives a shit about, but they look pretty cool, so whatever.

I figured this could also be a chance to see whether my art skills have improved over the six months I spent doing basically nothing, or if I’m still the same silly little self-taught student I was before :3

(Sorry, my sister thought some of these were coloring pages, and for some of them, even I thought they were coloring pages.)

I've been turning my sketch into this piece for a while now, and finally, after stuffing myself with blueberry buns (which I'm severely allergic to), I finished it!

In this image, you can see the World Machine trying to process and cope with an existential crisis and depression after Niko's departure. The Machine realized that it has emotions, but the only one it could show them to is gone, and will never return.

(Halfway through, I decided to add a reference to the Frostbite mod)

I'll also attach screenshots from the process, and from before I learned about layers in Aseprite.

I confess, I used screenshots from websites, KhaMimo's TikTok profile (by the way, I still don't know if I should or even need to tag KhaMimo in this case?), and I cropped out Prototype in the final render, but you'll forgive me for that, right???????

Honestly, I think Reddit has way more potential than TikTok, because, GOD, it's so refreshing that there aren't any of those generic copy-paste commenters here. You can actually have a real discussion and hear what others think.

While searching for additional content in One Shot, I found some mod. This is not my first time downloading mods, and all this time I had a save file of accidentally launched "Niko's Memories" that I was too lazy to play.For all mods this was okay, for example Frostybe didn't complain and launched the game without any problems.Metamorphosis there too.Tarion was indignant and said something like, "Bro, you can erase the saves, but I would advise you to just reset everything and go straight to the mod, okay?". Apparently so "Equinox" It's special somehow, and after its removal (due to the fact that I simply didn't understand why I needed a penguin in every location, and some "funny" things as I progressed through the same story.)At the moment with the meeting with Cedric (which was already strange, because throughout the entire mod I was in memories)When I deleted the mod, for some reason I was left in the same location in the face of the world machine.All dialogues, sounds, and sprites use the model of the Entity, not Niko, as it should have been.

It might seem like I'm complaining or something, but damn, this is awesome, and I wanted to share it.Speaking of which, do you have any ideas how this could have happened?
